This User Agreement ("Agreement") explains the terms that apply when you access or use Fusvob VPN (the "App"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the App. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the App only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes.
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including software, user interface, design, text, images, icons, trademarks, and other content, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the App unless expressly permitted by law or by us in writing.
Fusvob VPN provides virtual private network features, including VPN connection creation, server selection, connection status display, connection verification, server switching, settings, language selection, and related service features.
To provide VPN functionality, the App requires Android VPN permission. This permission allows the App to create a VPN tunnel and route device network traffic through selected VPN servers. The VPN connection starts only after you grant the required system permission.
Service availability, speed, server selection, and connection quality may vary depending on your device, network environment, server availability, region, carrier restrictions, and other factors outside our control.
You are responsible for your use of the App and for complying with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.

The App may use device, app, network, configuration, or connection-related information to provide VPN service, load server nodes, verify connection results, improve service quality, prevent abuse, and support app operations.
You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for any activity that occurs through your device while using the App.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App or service at any time. Updates may include bug fixes, security improvements, server configuration changes, new features, forced update notices, or changes required for compatibility.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Revised" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Agreement.
The App may interact with third-party services, including server infrastructure, Firebase services, Google Play, advertising-related services, crash reporting, IP information services, browser apps, email apps, and other external services.
NOVABEYOND LIMITED provides payment processing services for Fusvob VPN.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, or practices.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, process, and protect information. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully.
If you send us feedback, ideas, suggestions, error reports, or other communications, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that feedback to operate, improve, support, and promote the App without any obligation to compensate you.
You may stop using the App at any time by disconnecting the VPN and uninstalling the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or service if we reasonably believe that you violated this Agreement, used the App unlawfully, abused the service, created risk for other users or our infrastructure, or if required by law.
Upon termination, the license granted to you under this Agreement ends immediately.
The App and service are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, reliability, security, and uninterrupted operation.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, secure, fast, or compatible with every network, device, region, website, app, or service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business, or service availability, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the App or this Agreement will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the App or service during the twelve months before the claim. If you paid nothing, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, service providers, licensors, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your misuse of the App, your violation of this Agreement, your violation of law, or your violation of any third-party rights.
This Agreement will be governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be handled in a competent court or forum as required by applicable law.
